In May there was a 2.5 hour presentation on the case but Joe Rossi never got a chance to rebut the case. The SEB keeps kicking the can down the road on the investigation into the Secretary of State's office. They gave Joe Rossi 5 minutes to present his case while the SOS office gets 2.5 hours.
Facts in the two cases are indisputable. 6K voters voted twice giving Biden 4k. Ballots scanned twice, no ballot images for 17K+ ballots, and ticker tapes not signed for ballot counts.
Never a presentation of the case to the State election’s board, only the response to the case by the SOS attorney. The investigators are supposed to be independent of the SOS office. McGowen the SOS attorney took lead on the investigation. There was misinformation and false misleading statements during the response.
In April a letter was sent to Rossi that there were violations found in the case, however the report in their investigation Fulton County failed to count the votes or didn’t have the proper documentation. The May 7, 2024 meeting resulted in a monitor for Fulton County and there was a motion made to start an independent investigation but it was not seconded.
The suggested Monitor for Fulton County would include Ryan Germany, the previous attorney for Brad Raffensperger and Former Chairman Mashburn who stopped the SEB2023-025 case from being heard.
