It's tempting to think that the children pulled alive from the rubble are the "lucky ones". But the truth is that most of them will live with intense post traumatic stress disorder and psychological trauma for the rest of their lives. After things settle down again, the international community must pour resources into Gaza to help these children recover to the greatest extent possible.
