Republican National Convention Day 1 -July 15, 2024 (FULL)

The Republican National Convention in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, kicks off on Monday, July 15, where a who's who of conservative figures and leaders are slated to make appearances. The convention, which will run through Thursday, July 18, is taking place just two days after the GOP pick for president, Donald Trump, was the target of an assassination attempt at a Pennsylvania rally.

Two sessions will take place at the convention on Monday, with the first one slated to start at 1:45pm ET and the second set for 6:45pm ET.

The theme for day one is “Make America Wealthy Once Again."
