Security boosted for US candidates: White House

Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas said on Monday (July 15) the U.S. Secret Service will provide an appropriate level of security to Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump's running mate, J.D. Vance as well as to Robert F. Kennedy Jr., who is running as an independent candidate in the 2024 presidential election.
