🍙TO MAKE:
*makes 8
2 cup cooked short grain white rice
2 teaspoon sesame oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
4 nori sheets

Chuna filling-
1 can chickpea
1/2 red onion
1 sweet apple
4 ribs celery
1 carrot
2 tbsp homemade vegan mayo (recipe on my page)
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
