City of Rockingham ANZAC Day Debacle

How did RSL clubs become so hapless in running services they've been apart of in someway, shape or form, their whole lives and why does the City of Rockingham throw bucket loads of more borrowed cash at the RSL club to run these services in the way they are directed to, by the Office of Prime Minister and Cabinet.
Armistice Day and ANZAC Day have absolutely nothing to do with Municipal Councils, State or Federal Governments as any type of authority, in any way, shape or form.. Tell them to piss off and tell them you don't want their funding.
Do not let them steal your history from you and re-write it with these disgraceful services.
We the people who remember, are the authority of these days and how they should be conducted (exactly how they were 50 years ago).
If the receivers acting as your local council or you local RSL is doing these services an injustice. Put them on notice. tell them, its wrong or its a disgrace and take it off them and run them yourselves.
