PROTESTING LORD MAYOR - NO PERMIT REQUIRED

City of Perth Rangers and Western Australian police try to shut down Stuart’s lawful right to peacefully protest. They site certain by-laws and acts, little do they know Stuart has also been studying local laws/acts and knows his rights.

He has every right to protest yet the council officials and rangers don’t seem to think so.

What follows is a laughable exchange of conversation and a waste of taxpayer/rate payer's money.
