Incumbent Rwandan President faces same opponents he defeated in 2017

Millions of Rwandans are casting ballots to elect their next president, with final results to be announced later this month. Incumbent leader Paul Kagame is being contested by the same opponents he defeated in 2017. RT correspondent Noluvuyo Kunge reports.
