INGREDIENTS:
1 kg chicken
1 cup oil
5 garlic cloves crushed
4 green chillies crushed
1 tsp salt
1 n half tsp black pepper
1 n half tsp cumin powder
5 medium tomatoes chopped
Ginger, chillies, coring,kasuri methi for garnish

METHOD:
In a wok add oil, and Add chicken, cook for 5-7 minutes until color changes then add ginger and chili crushed. Cook 5 min, then add salt,Add tomatoes, cover and cook 10-12 mins till they are soft. Uncover and remove tomato peel, mash the tomatoes into paste, add chili flakes, black pepper and cumin powder,and cook on medium heat until oil separates. Garnish with chillies, coriander, kasuri methi and ginger.Enjoy with naan and rotis
