I'm female and used to work job with life threatening situations. You (the group) train and do drills for all possibilities. You evaluate the performance and correct errors so that when something horrific occurs, you can think under pressure. What happened with Secret Service? The female agents around T's SUV looked like the Three Stooges. They scattered like they've never considered being shot at before.

Surely they all can't be DEI hires... but then again let's not forget April'24 at WH when female SS agent assigned to VP lost her mind.
