6 pcs Garlic
1/2 tsp Nutmeg
1 1/2 tbsp Vegetable oil
2 litres Chicken stock
200 gr Rice noodles
250 gr Chicken breast fillet
Salt
Black Pepper
20 Quail eggs
300 gr Carrots
150 gr Brocolli
150 gr Cauliflower
150 gr Ear Mushrooms
60 gr Spring onions
1 tbsp fried shallots
