The preparation process of high-concentration chlorine dioxide injection solution.

Prepare a large airtight glass.
Prepare a small highball glass.

Pour a different amount of ice-cold purified water into the large glass; it doesn't have to be exactly 60ml. Ensure that the volume matches the required injection amount (total volume for intratumoral injection) or has a slight excess.

Place the highball glass inside the large glass.

Use a metal container to measure out 30ml of 20% citric acid solution.
Put it in hot water above 80 degrees Celsius and heat for 3 minutes.
Pour the heated solution into the highball glass inside the large glass.

Use a metal container to measure out 30ml of 10% sodium chlorite solution.
Put it in hot water above 80 degrees Celsius and heat for 3 minutes.
Pour the heated solution into the highball glass inside the large glass.
(If using a 28% sodium chlorite solution, for the above 60ml injection, you will need 10ml of sodium chlorite solution and 10ml of citric acid solution (or hydrochloric acid solution)).

Put the lid on the large glass bottle.

Immerse the bottom of the large glass bottle in ice water and leave it for 1 hour.

Put the entire large glass bottle in the refrigerator's cooling compartment.
