Life After Depression... 💙

So what's life like after depression? I recently saw someone ask this in a social media post and I assume they were deep in depression and they couldn't remember what life had been like before depression, because depression affects your memory. 💙

So they were asking people who had recovered from depression, what was life like after healing from depression? And I can tell you that after you heal from depression, you take pleasure from almost everything. 💙

And that's because everything you do, everything you see, everything you touch, everything you smell, everything you hear, everything you think, everything you feel, isn't depression. 💙
