Episode 175: What is happening with pharmacies?

This episode looks at the recent problems with Walgreens, CVS, and Rite aid. All three companies are struggling financially and closing a large number of retail stores. Did the pharmacies problems start recently or does the genesis of these problems go back to the Affordable Care Act (Obamacare)? If the closing of these stores creates “pharmacy deserts,” what then for consumers?
