An eyewitness outside the Trump rally in Butler, Pennsylvania recounts seeing the shooter shooting at the rally from atop a nearby building and getting shot and killed by Secret Service. He wonders how the security arrangement could have missed such a vantage spot overlooking the rally and especially former US President Donald Trump.
