VEGAN PEPPERONI by @jacobking

This pepperoni is packed full of protein, has a deep umami flavour and is 100% plant based 😮

👇🏾ingredients👇🏾
-1 block firm tofu (@cauldronfoods )
-2 carrots (boiled)
-1 white onion
-3 garlic cloves
-2 tsp smoked paprika
-1 tsp cayenne pepper
-1 tsp garlic/onion powder
-1 tsp crushed fennel seeds
-1 tsp miso paste
-1 tbsp soy sauce
-2 tbsp breadcrumbs (maybe more)

👇🏾ingredients👇🏾
-blend the tofu, veggies and seasonings until smooth. Add breadcrumbs to thicken.
-spread the mixture over a lined baking tray, flatten very thin before baking for 20mins @ 180°c
-cut out circles which you can then add to pizzas, pasta etc or how you serve pepperoni and enjoy!
