General Flynn: Pres. Donald Trump may require exceptional private security until he returns to the Oval Office and can reform the Secret Service. The USG should pay (meaning U.S. taxpayers) for his chosen security detail capabilities until he returns to the White House. Trusting the leadership of a secret service that has lost its way, presents significant risk to our future president.
