Aug. 28, 1964 - In Cincinnati, Ohio, today, Juvenile Court Judge Benjamin S. Schwartz delivered a televised address protesting Beatlemania. He noted hysterical reactions of many teenaged girls at the group’s recent performance at Cincinnati Gardens, and he advised parents not to let their children attend future performances by the British rock ’n’ roll group.
