Why spend money on that? I'll do it!

We women are very good at saving the family money by sacrificing our own time and energy.
However, this is only an appearance of saving, since we constantly overload ourselves, and this leads to chronic stress, and from this we can expect further illnesses.
We saved a little money for the moment, but at what cost?!
And sure enough, most of the time our family members take this for granted, they don't even notice the high price we pay to save money. This will only change if we learn to value our own time and energy and represent in the family that if the family saved money at the cost of our activity, it was not for free.

Principles:
* Don't overdo it! Consider when is it that you still have the strength, capacity, time, and desire to take on a task in order to save money, and when is it that you don't.
* Estimate your own time and energy! If you don't respect yourself, your environment and family won't either! And don't be surprised if they take you for granted!
* Think about how you can save money in a different way than using your own time and energy to replace what should be paid for! Figure out what not-so-important things could be cut from the family budget so that you can use your time and energy when needed.

The video is about how often women tend to take on all the tasks themselves to save money. However, this can lead to being overwhelmed and not valuing their own time and energy. It is important to make a conscious decision and estimate of one's own time and energy.
