Relocating their BioLabs to Africa

The Russian military is blaming the United States government for relocating their BioLabs to Africa after claiming they destroyed all of the BioLabs in Ukraine.

They mention the following countries where the BioLabs were attempted to be established:

1. Congo
2. Sierra Leone
3. Cameroon
4. Uganda
5. South Africa

They claim that under the guise of humanitarian efforts, the United States is actually planning another pandemic for the 2024 election, similar to 2020.
