A warrior from Yakutia

A warrior from Yakutia with the call sign "Mongol" set an example of valour and bravery in the SMO. He was awarded the Order of Courage.

The assault group of a private with the call sign "Mongol" moved forward to storm an enemy stronghold. During the movement, the armoured vehicle with the group exploded on a mine. Despite the contusions received, the fighter from Yakutia was not confused, gathered the personnel and led the assault. To overcome the mine barriers "Mongol" showed military cleverness, broke the way through the minefield with the help of under-barrel grenade launcher.

Thanks to clear, well-considered orders, despite fierce resistance, the assault group cleared the stronghold in a matter of minutes, killing more than 12 Ukrops.

By evening, despite the fact that the serviceman was wounded to varying degrees of severity, he continued to lead the assault team, showing an example of valour and bravery. The group held the captured enemy stronghold until reinforcements arrived.
