Woman Acts Tough With Police Until the Cuffs Come Out

On January 25th, 2023, Officers were dispatched to a residence in response to a domestic disturbance call. The female continued behaving erratically with the officer while her mother was being interrogated outside the house. Soon, paramedics arrived on the scene but the female refused any medical help. The arresting officer then proceeded to interrogate the female. The elderly mother wanted to press charges on her daughter for assault. The officers proceeded to transport the female to jail. An officer then informed the elderly mother on how she could legally evict her daughter out of her house. The female was charged with resisting or obstructing, and battery against a household member.
