Never weld indoors its not safe .I got sick for many months over the course of 2 years. including burning throat, nose, chest. coughing, nausea breathing problems and on and on. always weld outdoors, try to use a fan or on a windy day, hold your breath while welding and walk away as far as possible than breath. welding equipment does not work.
