Israeli MMA fighter was defeated after calling his Afghan opponent a “terrorist” the day before their competition. Afghan fighter Javid Basharat told his followers not to “stoop to [his opponent’s] level” after the comment was caught on camera, promising to lay it all out in the UFC octagon.

Javid Basharat won the fight by choking Israeli opponent Oron Kahlon into submission in the third round. Basharat won a UFC contract following the fight.
