So I’ve been doing direct door-to-door sales now for 15 years. For 15 years, I’ve always taken care of all of my customers long after the sell. Doesn’t matter if it was 5 years,10 years, or 15 Years later. I respond to every call, answer every question, and help with every situation, without fail.

At the beginning of my career, I had a pleasure of learning from a 40 year, door-to-door sales professional. The biggest thing I learned from that man was customer service.

15. Years later, I can honestly say a good percentage of my business is simply previous customers calling me, asking me to sell their friends.

I guess that old man I started with was right Lol
