Make a Good MegaMan Level 3! #2

Hello and good evening, fellow adventurers and pixel enthusiasts! For those of you who don't know who I am, my name is Strider and I have a huge passion for game development, fan games, ROM hacks and indie titles. Tonight we jump back into the Robot World Tournament after losing my battle against a killer migraine last time and see how far we can get. Will we finish the game tonight? Probably not. But that's okay! And finally some good news on my end as I finally managed to get this game running on Linux, as well as getting my 8BitDo ultimate controller functioning as it should. Took a bit of black magic but eh, I'll take what I can get.
