Criss Cross (1949)

Directed by Robert Siodmak, starring Burt Lancaster, Yvonne De Carlo, and Dan Duryea. The story centers on Steve Thompson (Burt Lancaster), a man deeply in love with his ex-wife, Anna (Yvonne De Carlo). Despite knowing that Anna is now involved with the dangerous gangster Slim Dundee (Dan Duryea), Steve becomes entangled in a risky plot to win her back.
