XJ Electric Fan To A Toggle Switch, Simple Free Mod (CEL Though)

Showing the quick free way to trigger the stock electric fan setup to come on, via grounding the relay pin that triggers the fan normally... This WILL cause a Check Engine Light to come on while you're using this, but their are no down sides to this method besides that... And it's 100% reversible with no harm done to the Jeep at all... Just make sure if you're doing this, to check the pin slots first to see which slot comes off and on with the key (it should be a 12v + with the key turned foward to the RUN position) in this 1998 XJ case, that pin is the #85 relay pin slot... That one is a 12v Key-on + wire... So you'll then know that the other pin slot across from that one (#86 pin) will be the Ground trigger pin slot for the relay... And that's the one you'll want to add your Ground trigger wire to, to do this simple little mod...
