Mahai'ula Beach at Kekaha Kai State Park on the Big Island of Hawaii (Snorkeling with Turtles)

It's recommended to have a 4-wheel drive vehicle to get in as the road is not completely paved. The water is crystal clear and has great snorkeling with turtles.
