Parents Urged to Exempt Schools from New Title IX Rules

In this QUICK PITCH Update, we're joined by Amy Rodrigues, Chapter Chair at Moms For Liberty - Washington County, RI to discuss the new Title IX ruling.

We are calling on parents of K-12 students as well as college students to take action by July 15th to exempt their schools from the unconstitutional changes to the historic Title IX law. These changes unilaterally implemented by the Biden Administration’s Department of Education threaten women’s sports and weaken due-process and parental rights as well as infringing on first amendment rights.

On July 2nd, a federal district court in Kansas halted the implementation of these controversial Title IX changes, initially set to take effect on August 1st.

Rhode Island parents and students are encouraged to join Moms for Liberty by July 15th and select “Washington, RI” as their chapter. By doing so, their listed schools will be included in a submission to the federal court to be exempt from the new rules.
