A simple recipe for delicious chicken thighs in the pan

Ingredients:
Chicken thighs - 800 g.
Garlic - 3 cloves
Ginger
Salt (if your soy sauce is very salty, salt can be omitted)
Black pepper
Soy sauce – 3 tbsp.
Brown sugar - 1 tbsp
Vegetable fat
Fry over low heat for 8 minutes on each side, then add 15 g. butter and fry for another 5 minutes
