The Acolyte CANCELLED? Season 2 NUKED After KILLING Star Wars!

The Acolyte is the worst thing that Disney Star Wars has produced under the Lucasfilm banner. It might not be the most overtly damaging piece of content, but its failure will be felt for a very long time. Thankfully they look to be mitigating the stupidity by ending this awful show after a single season.

Leslye Headland was interviewed and the possibility of a second season came up and she emphatically shot that down. So all the non sensical witches and awful scripting will be contained in a single, 8 episode, $180 Million package. Yay.
