Hannibal Directive used to kill own Israeli civilians

Israel used the Hannibal Directive against civilians on October 7th.
An investigation by Israeli newspaper Haaretz says the Israeli army ordered the killing of its own civilians, if necessary, to prevent them from being taken captive in the hours after the Hamas attack on October 7 last year.
