As Biden tells a room full of reporters to “listen to him [Trump],” a game-changing bill is expected to arrive on his desk.

The House passed the SAVE Act, requiring proof of citizenship to vote in federal elections, by a vote of 221-198.

But there is one major problem: The bill is dead on arrival because Biden has vowed to veto it.

It's not just Biden, though. Nearly every Democrat lawmaker voted against this measure, effectively protecting the ability of illegal immigrants to vote in federal elections.

The only plausible incentive to oppose such a bill is if you want to cheat.
