Meatloaf and Mashed Potatoes as Cupcakes!

So, if you’re wondering where I got this idea, I got it from a show that I loved watching, when I was younger. Many years ago, I saw an episode where one of the characters made ‘Meatloaf Cupcakes with Mashed Potato Frosting’, and I’ve wanted to try them ever since. So, why not today? 😁

So basically, I used my favorite Meatloaf recipe, and molded the meat into cupcake pans. I put the Ketchup Sauce on top of them partway through cooking, and cooked them the rest of the way.

Then, I made the Mashed Potatoes by boiling and mashing Potatoes, and then I just eyeballed the Butter, Milk, Seasonings, and even Cream Cheese! They turned out pretty delicious!
