Underage Boy Rescue Mission: Fire Marshall Bill Lookalike Arrested in Sting Operation

This guy had to have been completely drunk or high as hell because the whole time he believed I was still a kid "that age" even after conversating in person SMH.. Cant make this up! He ended up having drugs on him and even stated some of the things he wanted to do in person.
