The Acolyte has returned to the horrible, no good, very bad events of its own Episode 3. And reliving this nightmare is even worse the 2nd time around. This second flashback doesn't add any further context to the events of episode 3, it doesn't solve Mae and Osha's creation from the force destroying the original Star Wars story, and it doesn't show the Jedi doing something horrible that would haunt them for the rest of their lives. The Acolyte is just BAD on every level and they're not even accomplishing their own goals with the show, much less pleasing viewers.
