Let's Talk About Joy!

My lovely friend faraway in OZ, wanted to remind me yesterday how she always remembers me as a being full of joy. She was the au pair to my son, while I was still finishing university. She knew me well.

I went last night to my allottment- on a hill, in the deep evening: in the lovely oval space I carved out in the centre, I sat and received from my spirit, some beautiful information about the what's the why's the how's of joy and its spread and influence on our Earth.
Why is it important?
Joy is transformative like nothing else. And we need that high frequency energy like nothing else we've ever needed.
