Srombotan
This old-style vegetable dish originally comes from the Klungkung area of Bali and is made with assorted vegetables, nuts and beans. It is served with delicious coconut sambal and a spicy peanut dipping sauce 😊, Hope you enjoy the video Matur Suksma 🙏

Ingredients:
Coconut sambal
1/2 coconut from the whole of coconut 🥥
2 Big red chillis
3 Bali hot peppers
3 garlic
3 candlenuts
1 cm Kaempferia galanga (kencur)
1/4 tsp shrimp paste
1 tbsp white sugar
1/2 tsp salt

Spicy peanut sauce
1/2 cup deep fried peanuts or roasted peanuts
1 cup chicken stock
10 Bali hot peppers
2 big red chillis
2 garlic cloves
1/2 tsp white sugar
1/2 tsp salt

Kaffir lime fruit for garnish and can add the juice in to the peanut sauce when you served it

Spinach
Bean sprouts
Bitter gourd
Apple aubergine
Snake Beans
Deep fried peanuts
Deep fried Koro beans
Deep fried cowpeas
Steamed Pigeon Peas
Cooked kidney beans
Short tail bean sprouts
