#301 - 20120205 - Kapanadze replication attempt

What I've been up to during this Winter. Taking a crack at Wesley's and Arunas' Kapanadze device. The evidence that Wesley presented is just too compelling and the expertise I posses too difficult to ignore. Had to postpone the Muller for this. If it works it will be SO much easier to replicate it made no sense to me to pursue anything else.
