White Days: Rise of the Albinos

Animated movie about an albino cult that creates a serum that will alter the genetic makeup of non-albinos and turn them into artificial albinos. Members of the cult inject unsuspecting people with the serum, which causes them to have a condition called NGA (Non-Genetic Albinism) Disease. The cult wants to rule the world, and they want to start by turning it into a 100% albino realm.
