10 Min "Get Strong" Workout #1: Squat, Push, Lunge

Hello Team! This is my very first workout on the channel. It's a 10 minute "Get Strong" workout and focuses on Resistance Training.

We have 3 rounds of squats, push up, and lunges each getting more challenging as it progresses. There is 45 seconds of active recovery between rounds and a 45 second finisher empties that tank! We have modifications for each exercise and if a rounds exercise is too challenging go back to the previous version.

All you need is a mat and 2 dumbbells (5-15lbs+). All exercises can be done without weights
