Fitness Influencers who have been training for their whole lives or are on steroids aren't the worst, they give some good advice, yet most of the time newer lifters give up on their goals in just a few months. This is because they don't see change most of the time. Getting good diet advice is fairly easy. But once you found a diet that suits you, you still need to train. Don't be intimidated by others lifting heavier weights. Everyone has different strengths. Find your best lift, and who knows, you may be able to deadlift, squat, or overhead press more than those same people who were lifting heavier weights in every other exercise.
