SEARCH, TRY, AND KNOW MY HEART, GOD

23 Search me, O God, and know my heart;
Try me, and know my anxieties;

You know guys, there's something very interesting in this morning scripture, that I've learned before, but I need to be reminded of and that's something that Jasmine Goh, Mornings devotional writer stated so very well, and that was the following: “What’s on the outside doesn't always determine what's on the inside.” I think that's why these questions from this morning's devotional are getting me to think about my motives and my intentions and what I do for Christ, and I feel it important to share these questions with you tonight. Please read these questions carefully, and I pray that God will speak to your heart through them.

When have you done a “good thing” with the wrong motive?

Tonight, my friends, I'd like to share some things that God showed me from His Word, through this vlog I’d like to share with all of you tonight, and I pray that what I share with you gets you to thinking and considering your thoughts, intents, and motives in what you say and do for God. So, my friends, as I close this post with all of you tonight, I want to leave you with this final question from this morning’s devotional, and I pray that it will help you to see the importance of examining your heart, thoughts, intents, and motives in what you do.

How can you ensure that what’s in your heart is pure?

Tonight my friends, I want to leave you something from a vlog I did eight years ago, that i pray will challenge you to examine the thoughts, intents, and motives of your heart and what you do for God, but most of all to ask God to help you have a pure heart to help you do what genuinely honors Him.

A Prayer For Brokenness:
Heavenly father, please break me. Make my brokenness fit beautifully in its appropriate time. Until then, use my brokenness to accomplish your will for me and in me. SEARCH ME AND KNOW ME GOD!!!
