Awaken Biblical Prophecy Commentary – Outcome From the 2nd Seal Wars

As the world marches toward world war, several questions for students of Bible prophecy should arise, such as: How does this cataclysmic war result in the rise and takeover of the Antichrist? If we assume a sequential series of events that follow the opening of the first four Seals, what will this potentially look like so as to comport with what the Lord has revealed to us in Revelation? In other words, how does the world get from cataclysmic war to the point of Antichrist ruling in such a way that it almost doesn’t seem like a disastrous world war occurred? Where does Gog’s war on Israel fit into this, especially with our understanding that Russia, as leader of the hostile Ezekiel 38 coalition, is essentially destroyed because of God’s intervention?
