Pigmy Rattlesnake in strike mode

After a rain storm a pigmy rattlesnake slithered into a garage in Northeast Florida. Don’t let its small size fool you. This species is very dangerous! Especially when they are young; they are unable to control their venom gland. When biting a victim, they inject the full content of poison from glands into the bite.
