The billion dollar building project, Oceanwide Plaza has been abandoned for 5 years. Over the last week, graffiti artists from all over came to DTLA to join the party and let loose on 3 skyscrapers in downtown Los Angeles. From top to bottom, nearly every floor was painted with graffiti.
