The South Haven city council spent part of their meeting earlier this week

Councilman Joe Reeser says it "is life and death," adding it's not an ice skating rink and he is not sure if the city should spend the money on the program if they can't do it correctly. The city has 700-thousand-dollars budgeted for the program this year, but City Manager Kate Hosier says that is much lower than estimates they have received.
