Police investigate destruction of trees in Warren neighborhood

Neighbors reported seeing someone destroying trees Wednesday night along Cousino Drive, says Warren Police Commissioner Bill Dwyer. The trees are located outside of people's homes and were planted recently as part of a neighborhood improvement project.
