Video footage emerging from Russia shows the moment a US-made MGM140-ATACMS missile system was used to target Russian civilians on a beach in Crimea.

The video also confirms Russia’s accusation that the US missile system was equipped with and carrying “cluster” munitions.

Of Note:
The US ATACMS missile systems are complex weapons that require precise satellite guidance, aerial reconnaissance coordination, and monitoring of flight path, atmospheric conditions, and onboard diagnostics.
Moscow has correctly asserted that the US, not Kyiv, is ultimately responsible for this attack as the weapon system could not have been deployed without “in-the-moment” US/NATO assistance.
